What to bring to the Fair

Shopping bags
Reusable plastic containers for baked goodies
Ear defenders if needed
Cash in small notes
Lots of excitement, it will be fun!
Rules, Rules, Rules
There are a few Rules & Regulations we need to follow for safety reasons on the night of the fair, so we can enjoy “All the Fun of the Fair.”
For safety reasons we can not use the adventure playground on the night of the fair, it will be blocked off but please remind your children they can not use it for this time. There will be other fun games to entertain everyone.
Please do not wear shoes in the gym area. To make sure the gym can be used at its full potential in school time and for weekend activities we ask that no shoes are worn in the gym on the night of the fair. It will be a fun station for fair games and shoes can be left outside.
Please accompany your children when buying food, we will list as many ingredients as we can in the foods but we can not supervise this for your child and there are many delicious food stations.
We have designated areas for food consumption, please do not take food into the classrooms or in the gym.
There's more information in the guest pack here. You can scan the QR codes for food menus, activities, shuttle bus schedule, vendors, music line ups and for the Fair Floor Map and save them to your phone.
We hope you enjoy the fair and look forward to seeing you there.
YEAR 2 Led Dress Up Day - Future Me
Friday 29 November is the whole school dress up day for Year 2. They have decided the theme is “What I want to be when I am older.” Please dress your child what they desire to be when they get older. A voluntary $20+ donation will be happily accepted to raise funds for the extra special activity for Year 2 to decide on.

PTA Opening Hours Next Week
The PTA office will be staffed from Tuesday to Wednesday 8.15 am to 12.15 pm or by appointment. Contact us on PTA@kennedy.edu.hk for enquiries or to book appointments at other times.
Tell us about your child’s sporting interests
There are a variety of sporting opportunities and events that take place over the course of the year that we consider taking our students to represent Kennedy School in tournaments. These tournaments are often the highlight of the year for our students. Through our PE and Games lessons and the ECA programme we try to identify students for such tournaments.
Please help us by filling in this form so that we can see the sports that your child regularly plays and let us know about their performance level. Please write in detail and don't be modest about your child's achievements.
Kennedy Sports ECAs
The last week of November is the final week of sports clubs for this Term. We are currently finalising our pitch bookings with HKU Stanley Ho and putting together our Term 2 sports ECAs. Please look out for further information about Term 2 Sports clubs over the coming weeks.
Please note that if a book is lost or damaged, the replacement cost will be billed to your account after we provide verbal and email reminders. The fee covers the cost of the book itself and also administrative costs associated with processing a lost item and the time taken to find a replacement. (The EDB guidelines provide that schools can bill parents for lost or damaged books.)
We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain our library resources for all students.
