Dear Parents and Caregivers,
I hope everyone is enjoying the gorgeous weather this week. We’d like to take this opportunity to remind everyone about our winter uniform. These items can be viewed and purchased at our uniform provider:
Will both parents be out of town?
If both parents plan to travel out of Hong Kong, please let the school office and your child's teacher know ahead of your travel dates. Please pass on the name and contact details of the person who is in charge of your child during this time. It is important that we are able to reach the adults responsible for your child's care in the event of an emergency. Please also check Gateway and update any contact information that is outdated. Please also add alternative contacts where possible to increase our avenues to reach you. Contacts must be based in HK and be able to respond in an emergency. Thank you.
Year 3 Chinese Assembly
We hope Year 3 parents enjoyed the Chinese Assembly yesterday. It was a super showcase and the students had a wonderful time on stage showing off their language and learning skills.

Year 3 / 4 Football
On Monday, we took a boys and a girls team to Harrow International School to compete in the HKPSSA Year 4 Football tournament. Congratulations to the Kennedy Year 4 Boys Team for their fantastic performance - they were undefeated in four matches against Quarry Bay, ICHK Hong Lok Yuen and Discovery College. Our girls team also performed brilliantly and had some hard fought draws against GSIS and Harrow and a win as a combined All Stars team with DBIS. A hugely successful tournament made for a very happy bus back to Kennedy School that afternoon.
Table Tennis at Bradbury School
Congratulations to our Table Tennis teams who took part in the HKPSSA Table Tennis Tournament at ESF Bradbury School this morning. Our girls and boys competed in a ranked event with players seeded from 1 to seed 4. Five out of our 12 players won their respective events against FIS, Bradbury, DBIS, Quarry Bay School. The tournament was highly competitive and played in good spirit. It was great to see how our students have benefited from the Friday lunchtime training sessions.
Just in! For full tournament results, please click here.

Join us for a fun and interactive Hong Kong Sign Language class, open to children from Years 2–6 and their families or caregivers. Taught by a Deaf teacher and hearing assistant, we will cover some great basics of this amazing language.
Learning sign language offers many benefits—it fosters meaningful connections with the Deaf community, broadens your understanding of diverse communication styles, and opens up new ways to express yourself. Sign language is a fantastic tool for developing empathy, creativity, and the ability to think in more inclusive ways.

(9 January to 3 April 2025)
We will need a minimum of 11 pairs of participants to run the club (ie 11 students + 11 adults).
