Complaints Management System (CMS)
ESF values opportunities to engage with parents on issues impacting the ESF experience. Typically, these issues are resolved informally with the class teacher, Vice Principal or Principal. However, when matters remain unresolved and escalate to formal complaints, ESF aims to address them effectively and gain insights for continuous improvement. To this end, ESF has developed a Complaints Management System (CMS). The CMS features an online Complaint Form that parents can use to lodge formal complaints. This system is part of the updated ESF Complaints Policy accessible via the ESF App.

Good luck Basketballers!
This Saturday, we are taking 2 teams (A and B grades) to represent our school in the HKPSSA Island Basketball Tournament hosted by the French International School. Good luck to all of our players involved.
Sports Friendlies
On Wednesday and Thursday morning, we hosted friendlies with ESF Glenealy School for Tag Rugby and Cross Country Running. Friendly competitions are a great way to teach the intricacies of specific sports in a game situation without pressure. Thank you to our friends at Glenealy School for coming over to us and well done to all of the students involved. What a great start to the mornings! We look forward to taking our students to Happy Valley to run with Glenealy School again next Tuesday afternoon!
Congratulations Hazel Kwok in 6W!
Last weekend, Hazel participated in the Dance World Cup Asia 2025 competition as a soloist in the Ballet Repertoire category. She performed a piece called Silver Fairy variation from Sleeping Beauty which garnered her a Merit Award for the top 12 performers. Congratulations on a fantastic performance. Well done and keep up the great work!
